A hopefully simple question - Is there an English version ofthe firmware for the serial card, and if so, can it output RS232 levels, 5 bit, and 50bd?
So far I can only find 110bd in English

Sorry there is yet no variant which uses 50 baud on the RS232 Interface.

Hi Fred,
I have the UK T1000, that operates more like a terminal - If the Serial card can run to 50bd then I should be able to interface the machine as we do with the 110bd American machines.
I appreciate the signal levels are different, but I can work this through with a resistive divider.
Just a little something I am playing with in the background.
