Can receive calls but cannot dial out - Help RQ

Hello: My name is bambi (TELEX 27387) and I have had an I-TELEX interface for
about 18 months now.
The unit has been working well, but about 10 days ago I discovered I
could not call out. But I could still receive calls.
The IP for I-Telex was 192.168.0.222. But this changed when I added
some new IP CCTV cameras.
The new IP is 192.168.0.27. It was about this time I started to have
the 'no call out' problem.
I have checked the servers listed and they seem the same as usual.
I get repeated internal messages that the subscriber list cannot be
found printing on the T100.
I have reset my modem to factory settings and placed the I-TELEX port
forwarding setting in again.
Sadly there is no improvement and I cannot call out.
If you have any suggestions please kindly tell me.
Thank you for reading this.

Hi Bambi,
Check the server identity in the configuration pages, there have been some changes that may make a difference.
Also make sure your PIN number is correct, the server gets grumpy if this is wrong.
The server hasn't seen you since 28th January, so something is certainly wrong.
Cheers
Sean

Hello Sean: Thank you for your message and kind suggestions.
Is Server Identity the same as 'Subscriber directory server address:'?
tlnserv.teleprinter.net, tlnserv2.teleprinter.net, tlnserv3.teleprinter.net
The PIN I never manually changed, so I am not sure if it is correct or not.
Thank you

Hmm, should be okay then,
You shouldnt need port forwarding or a static route on the centralex server - try connecting without this set up. It is odd that incoming connections are okay though - normally it is the other way round.
Perhaps this is a question for Henning

Hi Bambi,
could you show us screenshots of your local and network settings of your i-Telex?
Please remove password and pin from the pictures!
Thank you.

Hi Bambi,
i am definitely not an i-Telex-expert, but i would tick the "Dynamic update of IP address active: "-check box.
This is because your connection has the type "Dyn.IP-Telex".
@Experts: Am i right?
Also enter a secret PIN.
Incidentally, is your public IP address 223.252.16.140 valid?
Kind regards
Michael

This all only affects incoming calls. And the incoming calls work.
The problems arise with the outgoing calls. You don't even need an entry on the server for outgoing calls.
I think there is a similar problem here as with Clemens. So maybe it's due to some filter or firewall settings in the router.

Unfortunately, the cause of this problem is not yet clear.
@bambi As far as I know, you're using WinTlx (I remember you asked about the capital letters
).
Does calling work with WinTlx?

Ok, I just read this:

I get repeated internal messages that the subscriber list cannot be found printing on the T100.
If the subscribe server can not be found then outgoing calls do not work, because the IP adresses of the callee can not be resolved.
Can you PING the subscribe server
tlnserv.teleprinter.net ?
