Is the computer running WinTlx on the same network as the i-Telex system?

So we need to figure out why you are getting this "subscribe server can not be found" messages.

Do get this messages all the time?

Ok, that looks a bit strange. I need the WinTlx log file. Can you set up a log file path in WinTlx setup, try connecting another number again and send me the log file via PN?

The message I get when trying to call another TLX is:

UPDATE: I reinstalled the I-TELEX firmware. I can now call out, and after the IP number changed and placing that in the modem settings, i can now also receive calls. How bizarre...?

That looks like an error in the WinTlx logging.
Could you send me a complete log file of a failed connection?

Did you update i-Telex to a different version?
